i trying add audio player website should work on both mobile devices , desktops ( responsive ). found link wherein able add mp4 files bootstrap project. bootstrap 3 - responsive mp4-video there similar code in bootstrap add responsive audio files ?

not in bootstrap itself, you'll have use external library such these:

audiojs or bootstrap3_player
