linux - How do I know last package version for an old Fedora version -
i have old version of fedora, version 18, , need install google-chrome other packages. when installing google-chrome, version 43, i'm getting errors number of dependencies should have. think due having old fedora version, version 18. can not update because fedora 22 slow in old pc.

one solution tweak /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo
file force him point on fedora 18 old repo. unfortunately don't think maintained anymore (see void directory @ http://mirror.chpc.utah.edu/pub/fedora/linux/releases/).
otherwise, can try older versions of chrome (available @ http://www.filehippo.com/download_google_chrome/) you'll have refuse proposed upgrade if manage install it. not solution tho, because of possible security breach present in older versions.
i suggest installing fedora lightweight gui (which suspect reason of degraded peformances on old machine), kde or xfce. can find more choices here: https://spins.fedoraproject.org/.
